About Christy
Christy is a caring and passionate Speech Pathologist who enjoys working with both children and adults. She believes that family-centred and evidence-based practices are essential to facilitate positive treatment outcomes. She loves collaborating with clients and their families to achieve their personal goals and make a positive difference in their lives.
Christy has experience working in a variety of environments, including private clinics, schools, community health centres, hospitals and through telehealth services. She has developed skills working with children and adults that have speech, language, literacy and fluency difficulties. Christy also has worked with families and children with additional needs such as individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Christy has been PROMPT (c) trained.
Christy speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin. She has experience assessing and delivering therapy to clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
