Cynthia loves working with children and adults to help them communicate to the best of their ability. She has extensive experience working with children with developmental delays, developmental disabilities, and neurological impairments, supporting their communication and dysphagia needs.
Cynthia has undertaken extensive dysphagia training including the SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory) Approach to Feeding to support children with fussy eating and feeding difficulties. She sees many stutterers, both children and adults each week who progress on to be stutter free. She is experienced with the Lidcombe and Camperdown programs.
Cynthia has an interest in literacy and is skilled in identifying reading and spelling issues and helping children and adults overcome them.
She has completed advanced training in PROMPT(C) Bridging Technique to Intervention and is skilled in treating motor speech disorders.
